Where do I find my Client No.?
You can find your Client No. on your driver’s licence, general identification card, registration, or any other documents (receipt, exam confirmation, etc.) you received from your driver and vehicle office.

The Driver and Vehicle Services website provide you with an online account and notifications relating to driver and vehicle online services.
- By filling out this form you consent to allow the GNWT to use the information collected to setup an online account.
- You also consent to allow the GNWT to notify you by email regarding one of the services indicated, such as an upcoming driver examination, or a soon expiring driver’s licence.
- The personal information collected on this form relates directly to, and is necessary for the administration of the GNWT’s online Driver and Vehicle Services and notifications.
