Intra-provincial Commercial Vehicles must obtain a registration permit for all vehicles entering the Northwest Territories. These can only be purchased as identified above.

Commercial vehicles must have valid registration before Single Trip Permits can be purchased. The minimum length of a vehicle registration is one month to a maximum of twelve months.
