Personal information collected by the Compliance and Licensing Division within the Department of Infrastructure is done under the authority of the Motor Vehicles Act s. 307.92 and the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act s. 40 (c ) (i). The personal information collected is limited to what is required to administer Driver and Vehicle Licensing Services and is protected by the privacy provisions of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
