Overweight and oversized permit
Permits for the movement of oversized and overweight vehicles and their loads must be purchased prior to entering the Northwest Territories (as an annual or single use permit).

Fees
- Overweight permit: The fee formula is: A x B x C + D
- A=$10
- B=The amount the load is overweight in Kilograms divided by 1000
- C=The total kilometres that the load will travel divided by 100
- D=$20.00
- Oversized permit: $38.00
